Boxster/996 seat mount - PRECISION CHASSIS WORKS

This is the latest version of the Boxster/996 replacement seat mount. It has 9 positions of adjustment available in 3/4' increments to accommodate every size driver. Each mount also includes mounting bungs for sub-belts in either 5 point, or 6 point configurations. These bungs are the same size and pitch as the factory Porsche seat belt bungs so a standard eyelet can be used. It can either be welded in (preferred method) or bolted in place of the stock seat mount. As you can see, this mount significantly lowers the the mounting locations for the seat and also eliminates the need for sliders. Sliders add a fail point to the seat mounting and also raise the seat height an average of 1 inch. The price for one pan is $250 for a weld-in mount, and $275 for a bolt-in mount.
